On Hàng Thùng street — one of Hanoi's 36 Old Quarter lanes, once home to makers of barrels and containers from bamboo, rattan and wood — Classyc Hàng Thùng carries on the story of a corner that witnessed the historic day the capital was reclaimed.

What are the check-in and check-out times at Classyc Hàng Thùng?
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is before 12:00. Our reception welcomes arrivals until 23:30 and assists early departures from 04:00. At check-in, please present a valid ID and a credit card; guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Do you offer airport transfers from Nội Bài Airport?
Yes. Classyc Hàng Thùng offers private transfers to and from Nội Bài Airport, about 23 km away, for both pick-up and drop-off. The price depends on the vehicle you choose, so please contact reception before your arrival and we will arrange the transfer and confirm the fare.
How far is Hoàn Kiếm Lake and how do I get there?
Hoàn Kiếm Lake is only about 510 m from Classyc Hàng Thùng, roughly a 7-minute walk through the Old Quarter streets. The hotel also sits close to Ô Quan Chưởng gate (760 m, roughly a 10-minute walk) and the National Museum of History (1180 m, roughly a 16-minute walk), making it easy to explore old Hanoi on foot.
What are the pool and spa opening hours?
The infinity pool on floor 11 is for in-house guests only, 06:30 to 22:00. The SPA at Classyc is open from 10:00 to 22:00 and welcomes all guests, including those not staying at the hotel. Please contact reception to book a spa treatment or learn more about the available therapies.
Do you have family rooms and what is your children policy?
Children under 5 stay free. Each room may include up to 2 children. An extra bed is 750,000 VND per child per night. Please tell us the number and ages of children when booking.
Is breakfast included in the room rate?
Breakfast is served daily from 06:30 to 10:00. Whether it is included depends on the room package you book, so please check the package details when reserving. If your rate does not include breakfast, you are welcome to add it directly at the hotel.

Should I choose Classyc Hàng Thùng or Classyc Hàng Buồm?
Both are in Hanoi's Old Quarter. Classyc Hàng Thùng (7–9 Hàng Thùng, 61 rooms) is the quieter retreat, about 510 m from Hoàn Kiếm Lake, with a rooftop infinity pool on floor 11, The SPA at Classyc and CTaste Restaurant on floor 10. Classyc Hàng Buồm (59 Hàng Buồm, 55 rooms) is an Art Deco hotel on Hàng Buồm food street, part of the Old Quarter walking street and night market from 19:00 on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, with Lumé Restaurant, Crema Pastry, Sunbliss Rooftop Bar and a pool on floor 7.
