Contact and enquiry forms on this website are delivered by Web3Forms (api.web3forms.com) to info@classychotel.com. A form can include the name, phone number, email address, date, number of guests, and message you type.

This website does not keep its own database of those entries. When you open a form, a captcha from hCaptcha (hcaptcha.com) may load so automated messages can be filtered.

Room bookings

A booking button opens the D-EDGE booking engine at secure-hotel-booking.com. Dates, guest details, and payment are entered on that site, not on classychotels.com. That site handles the reservation.

Measuring visits

Google Analytics 4 is used only after you allow analytics in the cookie banner. Before you choose, analytics storage stays denied. If you reject non-essential cookies, it stays denied.

Advertising storage, advertising user data, and ad personalisation stay denied whether or not you allow analytics. We do not send the values you type into form fields to Google Analytics.

The page address and the referrer recorded for analytics keep only these query parameters: utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, and utm_content. Any other parameter is removed, including ad click ids. A value that looks like an email address or a phone number is removed as well.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Delivering and protecting the site involves connection data such as IP address and browser, processed by Cloudflare.

Your cookie choice

A first-party cookie named classyc_consent, and the same name in local storage on this site, stores a version key and whether analytics is allowed. Marketing is stored as off. The record lasts about six months. It does not include your name, email address, or phone number.

How long

• Cookie choice: about six months, then the banner can appear again.
• Enquiry messages: emailed to the hotel. This website does not store a separate copy. You can ask us to delete the correspondence we still have.
• Analytics: kept in Google Analytics 4 for 14 months. Names, email addresses, and phone numbers are not placed in those events.
• Hosting logs: kept by Cloudflare as part of hosting the site.

What you can ask

Email info@classychotel.com to ask for a copy of enquiry information the hotels still have, to correct it, or to ask for it to be deleted.

You can withdraw analytics consent at any time with Cookie settings in the footer. That does not cancel a booking already made on the booking engine.
