What are the check-in and check-out times at Classyc Hàng Buồm?
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is before 12:00. Our reception welcomes arrivals until 23:30 and assists early departures from 01:00. Please have a valid ID ready at check-in. To keep the shared spaces calm for everyone, in-room parties are not permitted.
Do you offer airport transfers from Nội Bài Airport?
Yes. Classyc Hàng Buồm offers private transfers to and from Nội Bài Airport, about 23 km away, for both pick-up and drop-off. The price depends on the vehicle you choose, so please contact reception before your arrival and we will arrange the transfer and confirm the fare.
How far are Hoàn Kiếm Lake and the main sights?
Hoàn Kiếm Lake is about 950 m from Classyc Hàng Buồm, roughly a 13-minute walk. The hotel sits right on the lively Hàng Buồm food street and just 320 m from Ô Quan Chưởng, roughly a 4-minute walk — the last surviving old city gate of Hanoi — making the Old Quarter easy to explore on foot.
What are the pool and spa opening hours?
The floor-7 pool is open to in-house guests only from 08:00 to 20:00. The SPA at Classyc is open from 10:00 to 22:00.
Do you have family rooms and what is your children policy?
Children under 5 stay free. Each room may include up to 2 children. An extra bed is 750,000 VND per child per night, and 1,350,000 VND per adult per night. Please tell us the number and ages of children when booking.
Is breakfast included in the room rate?
Breakfast is served daily from 06:30 to 10:00. Whether it is included depends on the room package you book, so please check the package details when reserving. If your rate does not include breakfast, you are welcome to add it directly at the hotel.
Is parking available at the hotel?
Classyc Hàng Buồm sits within the Old Quarter's narrow Hàng Buồm street and does not have its own on-site car park. If you are arriving by car, please contact reception before your arrival so we can advise you on the most convenient parking options nearby.

When are The SPA at Classyc and hair wash open?
The SPA at Classyc is open from 10:00 to 22:00, with last booking at 21:00.
Should I choose Classyc Hàng Thùng or Classyc Hàng Buồm?
Both are in Hanoi's Old Quarter. Classyc Hàng Thùng (7–9 Hàng Thùng, 61 rooms) is the quieter retreat, about 510 m from Hoàn Kiếm Lake, with a rooftop infinity pool on floor 11, The SPA at Classyc and CTaste Restaurant on floor 10. Classyc Hàng Buồm (59 Hàng Buồm, 55 rooms) is an Art Deco hotel on Hàng Buồm food street, part of the Old Quarter walking street and night market from 19:00 on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, with Lumé Restaurant, Crema Pastry, Sunbliss Rooftop Bar and a pool on floor 7.
What is Hàng Buồm food street like?
Hàng Buồm food street is at the door: stalls open from morning till midnight, with kitchen smoke and street noise right at your door.
Are pets allowed?
No. Classyc Hàng Buồm does not accept pets.
