Meet your professional English-speaking guide in the Old Quarter for an introduction to the culture and daily life of the locals. Enjoy green papaya salad, Bun Cha, Pho (beef or chicken noodle), Banh Cuon, Banh Mi and Hanoi draught beer. Along the way, learn about the ingredients and the process of making each dish, and visit cultural and historical spots such as the local market, a heritage house and the old city gate of the Old Quarter.

Your barista introduces the history of Vietnamese coffee, egg coffee and Phin coffee, then guides you through the famous cup of egg coffee: (1) Making coffee with the Phin filter — the history of the Phin, how to brew, which coffee is best and the brewing ratio, with a step-by-step demonstration; (2) Making egg cream — the history of egg coffee, a unique recipe and a step-by-step demonstration; (3) Egg coffee art — decorate your own amazing cup of egg coffee and enjoy it at the end.
